Scope

Advances in science and technology are the key drivers and powerhouse of economic developments. Technological developments are currently playing a remarkable contribution in the life of modern society, and scientific knowledge becomes more impactful across numerous domains of society than any time ever. In line with this, Bahair Dar Institute of Technology (BiT) is organizing the seventh International Conference on Advancements of Science and Technology (ICAST-2019).

The conference will be held on August 2-4, 2019 in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. ICAST 2019 provides comprehensive platform for scientists, researchers in the academia and institutes, and experts from the industry to present the latest technological advancements, research findings, innovations, and applications in all aspects of science and technology.

The conference brings scholars, scientists, and researchers working in different disciplines together to exchange knowledge and experiences. It also fosters generation of new ideas and creates collaborative bridge and network between researchers in the academia and experts from the industry. Furthermore, poster sessions and exhibitions offer multitude of opportunities for exchange of information among scientific community and participants. Professionals from the industry, business, academia, government research and development sectors are all welcome to the ICAST 2019.
